Financial Protection
When you purchase an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This certificate details the financially protected services, what this means for you, and who to contact in case of any problems.
We, or the suppliers listed on your ATOL Certificate, will provide the services specified on your certificate (or suitable alternatives). In some cases, if neither we nor the supplier can provide these services due to insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide the services or suitable alternatives at no extra cost. You agree that the alternative ATOL holder will fulfill these obligations, and you accept that any payments due under your contract will be made to the alternative ATOL holder. In certain situations, it may not be possible to assign an alternative ATOL holder; in such cases, you will have recourse under the ATOL scheme (or your card issuer, if applicable).
All flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. Upon payment, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. Please ensure you request this certificate and check that everything listed in your booking (flights, hotels, and other services) appears on the certificate.
