Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions, together with all other written information provided to you during the booking process, apply to reservations made with F.NOVA LTD. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Montera Travel website or making a booking. By using the site, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you must not use the website or make a booking.

Financial Protection
When you purchase an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This certificate lists what is financially protected, what this means for you, and who to contact in the event of a problem.
We, or the suppliers listed on your ATOL Certificate, will provide the services listed on your ATOL Certificate (or suitable alternatives). In some cases, if neither we nor the supplier can provide these services due to insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide the services or suitable alternatives at no extra cost. You accept that any alternative ATOL holder will fulfill these obligations, and you agree to pay any amounts due under your contract to the alternative ATOL holder. In some cases, assignment to an alternative ATOL holder may not be possible, in which case you will have recourse under the ATOL scheme (or your card issuer if applicable).
If neither we, the suppliers listed on your ATOL Certificate, nor an alternative ATOL holder can provide the services, the trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment or provide a benefit to you under the ATOL scheme. In return, you agree to assign any claims you may have arising from the failure of services to the trustees, including claims against us, the travel agent, or your card issuer.
Contract
When making a booking through us as an agent, you enter into a contract with the principal company or other supplier(s) listed on your receipt, such as the tour operator, airline, cruise line, or accommodation provider. We may arrange your holiday package on your behalf; in such cases, you enter into a contract with the principal provider, or if services are booked with multiple providers, you enter into separate contracts with each.
As an agent, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of the principal companies or suppliers. We recommend that you read carefully the Terms and Conditions of the relevant principal companies or suppliers as they contain important details about your booking. Copies are available upon request.
Booking
Passengers must ensure that all names and times match those on passports and that the travel itinerary is correct. Once tickets are issued, changes may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
All booking details will be read back to you and confirmed with the principal company or suppliers. Once you receive all travel documents, please check that names, dates, and times are correct and inform us immediately of any corrections. Unless otherwise stated, all issued tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
Booking information provided to us will only be shared with the relevant suppliers or other specific parties involved in your travel arrangements. Information may also be provided to authorities when required by law, such as customs or immigration. This includes any sensitive information provided, such as disability, dietary, or religious requirements. Some information may also be shared with security or credit check companies.
If traveling to the United States, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will receive this information to prevent serious international crimes. Travel outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may involve data protection standards less strict than in the EEA. If we cannot provide your booking due to data transfer issues, we will be unable to complete your reservation. By booking, you consent to this information being shared as necessary.
Flight tickets are only guaranteed after issuance. If there is any payment issue, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible. Otherwise, tickets will be issued within 48 hours of booking.
Free baggage allowances vary by route, cabin class, and airline policy. Airlines may charge for check-in baggage, additional baggage, or optional services. For the latest baggage information, please check directly with the airline.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable in case of failure to arrive at the airport; passengers must arrive at least 3 hours before departure.
Passengers are responsible for all travel documents and visas. Visas may be required for both transit and destination countries and must be obtained before ticket issuance. It is your responsibility to carry all required documents and comply with travel authorities’ requirements. F.NOVA LTD is not liable for any errors related to these requirements.
Confirmation
After Montera Travel confirms your booking, we will send you a confirmation invoice detailing all services booked via email or post. You are responsible for checking all information on the confirmation invoice. Please inform us immediately of any errors.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance for yourself and your travel group. Some destinations require travel insurance. Insurance may cover cancellation, accident or illness (including repatriation), baggage and money loss, and other expenses. Financial protection against the insolvency of the principal supplier may also be included.
If insurance is provided through us, please check all details and ensure you provide accurate information. Failure to do so may affect coverage.
Changes to Your Holiday
We generally cannot change confirmed bookings. Occasionally minor changes may occur, and we will notify you as soon as possible. Flight times and airlines in promotional material are subject to change. Always check confirmation invoices and tickets carefully.
Significant changes (e.g., airport change, flight delay over 12 hours) will be communicated promptly. You may accept or reject the change, but must notify us as soon as possible.
Accommodation management is outside our control. In case of unavailability, we will provide alternative accommodation of at least the same standard. If only lower-standard accommodation is available, we will compensate £20 per person.
We are not responsible for unforeseen events beyond our control, including technical issues, airline re-scheduling, strikes, natural disasters, war, or terrorism.
Cancellation by You or Us
We reserve the right to cancel your holiday. If we cancel (except for non-payment), we will offer:
- A similar alternative holiday (any price difference is payable by you).
- A full refund of any amounts paid.
We may terminate travel arrangements if a customer endangers themselves, others, or property, including due to drug or alcohol misuse or unauthorized accommodation sharing. Full cancellation fees may apply with no refund.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for extraordinary or unforeseen events outside our control, including war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, or unavoidable transport disruptions.
Changing Your Travel Arrangements
If you request changes to your booking, a minimum fee of £35 per person will apply, plus any fees charged by the ATOL company or accommodation supplier. Changes made less than 10 weeks before departure are treated as a new booking. All revised invoices will reflect updated details and fees.
Privacy
Cookies: Montera Travel uses cookies to enhance website experience. Cookies may be stored on your device or during browsing. Most browsers accept cookies automatically; users can disable them but the website remains functional.
IP & Data Rights: Montera Travel may access personal data, IP addresses, and traffic information for security, legal compliance, or operational purposes, in line with its Privacy Policy.
Security: Personal and financial information is protected with SSL encryption. Keep passwords confidential. You are responsible for all bookings made with your account.
Intellectual Property
All website content is the exclusive property of Montera Travel and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.
